Seamless Steel Tube Plant of Guang Zhou Iron & Steel Corp.LTD. is a professional factory manufacturing tubes, of Guang Zhou Iron Group. It is one of the main national factories and only one canonical factory manufacturing seamless tubes in Guang Dong area, which locates in BaiHe Dong, LiWang Area (FangCun Area before), Guang Zhou City and has so convenient special railway line, land and water traffic inside the factory.

The seamless steel plant was founded in 1960 Equipped with Hot Rolling Machines, Cold Drawing and Rolling Machines and Nondestructive Inspection Line, the plant produces annually 20,000 tons of Φ4—114mmΧ1—15mm seamless steel tubes of quality carbon and alloy steel,Cold Drawn,or Cold Rolled.Our products fine a good market in our country, and in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.and are welcomed for their high quality. Our main product,the “Five Rams”lowor Medium Pressure Boiler tube has been rated as a product of Excellent Quality by Guangdong Province and the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. In 1995, the quality controlling system of our plant was found itself was confirmed as qualified for the production of seamless steel tubes for use in ships.

Applications of products:
1. Mechanical and structural Tubes (GB/T8162-1999, ASTM A500, ASTM A519): for mechanical and general structure.
2. Seamless steel tube for fluid transportation (GB/8163-1999, ASTM A53, JISG3454 ): for central air-conditioning; refrigerator, gas and fire-fighting engineering.
3. Tubes for low and middle pressure boiler (GB3087-1999, DIN17175, ASTM A106, ASTM A179, BS3059): for superheater, steam tube, and tubing under pressure and high temperature.
4. Cold drawn seamless special tube chapes (GB/3094-2000): for manufacturing of various structures.
5. Carbon seamless steel tube for ship (GB/T5312-1999, ASTM A210,JISG3461): for clad 1and 2 pressure tube for ship manufacture.

Applications of products:
1. Precision inside diameter seamless steel tube for hydraulic and pneumatic Cylinder (GB/8713—88): for manufacturing of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, and tubing with good smoothness of outside-inside surface, and tough tolerance. For example: shock-absorber, Jack, shell of motor, cylinder, machines for plastic in Jectionete.
2. Bearing steel tube (YB/Z12-77): for rings of bearing.
3. Hydraulic pillar tube: for manufacturing of hydraulic pillar, lift pillar, inside cylinder in coal mine.
4. Cold drawn precision welded tube: for bicycle.
